We are only interested in exploring possible job postings with people who are members of Southwest, are actively involved in volunteering, and who are following biblical principles in tithing to Southwest. Obviously, if you live outside the Valley, we would be looking to ensure you are living out those habits in your current local church. We think being a paid staff member should be a natural extension of your current lifestyle.

Our full-time positions offer a wide range of benefits, and salaries or hourly compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
